Scott has been a City of Kansas City Missouri government employee for 26 years. Involved in construction and rehab using general funds and grant dollars. Managed a housing rehab program with HUD CDBG funding from bidding out the work to conducting site visits to approve the work. The last 14 years of City government writing and managing a HUD Lead Hazards Control grant. As the Program Manager, I was the main grantee contact for HUD for completing the benchmarks, budget, training, quarterly reports etc.
